Taste Catering, Inc. Terms of Service

The success of your function is important to us! In order to offer you a professional and personalized event, we ask thatyou review the policies outlined below. If we have left any questions unanswered, please feel free to contact our Catering Department.

Quality: Whether your function is large or small, casual or formal, Taste Catering will provide the finest service and food available. At Taste Catering, our professional chefs use only the finest ingredients to make your meal a culinary delight. For years we have created events ranging from continental breakfasts for a dozen people to gala dinners for hundreds, all with our characteristic mark of exceptional quality and value. You can count on Taste Catering to create a unique and memorable event that matches your needs, and your budget.

Convenience: Taste Catering delivers the excellence you expect from a professional caterer. Our years of experience in catering grants us the unique ability to understand your needs, and makes us the logical choice for your catering needs. Also, when you are booking your event through Taste Catering, our invoicing process is quick, easy and efficient. In short, no other caterer can match the total ease with which Taste Catering performs functions.

Service: Our trained staff is qualified to assist you in every detail of your event. In addition to food, we can offer linens, decorations and other services to add a special touch to your function. Collaborating with you, we will customize your event to meet your specific needs. We are happy to speak with you about your arrangements for special dietary needs, alcohol policies, flowers, or anything else that you require. If you have any unique requests, simply let us know and we will gladly accommodate you and your guests.

Food and Beverage: To place an order or schedule an appointment with Taste Catering please call (786) 264-5944, or E-mail: info@tastecateringinc.com to arrange menu and service details. Food arrangements should be made at least SEVEN DAYS in advance of the function. Orders placed less than 48 business hours after 10:00 AM from the event may limit availability of certain items or services offered and maybe subject to a 15% late fee or a charge of $20.00, whichever is greater. A $25.00 fee will be applied to certain menus when the number of guests is below the required minimum.

Guarantee: Final attendance confirmation of all food and beverage functions must be received by 10:00 AM two business days prior to the function date. This count is not subject to reduction in this 48-hour period. A member of our catering staff will give you a confirmation call the day before the event.

Payment: We'll be glad to accept payment by, cash, check or credit card. If cash or check is being used, final payment needs to be received by the catering office two full business days prior to the event. All contracts must be signed prior.

China Fee: All catered functions, coffee breaks, buffets and receptions include our high quality
disposable products. There is an additional charge per person for china and glassware service.

Linens: Taste Catering can supply your event with all the necessary linens. All table skirting is for
one-sided buffets only. An additional fee will be assessed for events that require both sides skirted.
Specialty linens can be acquired upon request.

Rental Items: We can be of assistance in many areas of service to enhance your event, including
floral arrangements, balloons, ice carvings, entertainment and decorations.

Attendant Fees: If your event requires attendants and/or bartenders to stay and replenish, and/or
serve your event, a service charge will be asses per the following schedule:

• Waiter at $150 Each.
• Captain at $175 Each
• Chef at $175 Each
• Bartender at $150 Each

A minimum 4-hour period per attendant is required. Additional special services are based upon availability for an additional fee. For large events, additional labor charges may apply.

Cancellations: All cancellations are subject to forfeit any deposits made. Cancellations are subject to any perishable foods already purchased and any time and effort put into planning the event by Taste Catering, Inc.

Liability: Clients are responsible for all equipment rented for their event and will be charged for all
missing or damaged items. All equipment must be available for pick up at the designated event site
and at the designated time per the catering contract. Taste Catering will not be responsible for any
products or property left unattended after delivery. Clients should make arrangements to meet
delivery personnel or arrange for a secured location.
